CASA GINESTRA IS AVAILABLE FOR RENT YEAR ROUND
Casa Ginestra is available for rental periods commencing on any day of the week.
The nearest airports are Ancona at 1 hour 30 minutes, Pescara at 1 hour 45 minutes, and Perugia at 2 hours - an easy drive through breathtaking scenery. Rome is a 3 hour drive along the Via Salaria again through breathtaking scenery.
Rental is for a minimum period of 7 nights. The maximum party size when renting the bottom 2 floors only is 5 using the extra single chair-bed. There is ample room in either of the bedrooms to accommodate this. The maximum party size when renting all 3 floors of Casa Ginestra is 9 again using the extra single chair-bed which can be placed in any bedroom except the en-suite double on the second floor. 
Rentals begin at 4pm on the first day and end at 10am on the last day and include exclusive use of Casa Ginestra, it's gardens and pool area. Rental rates include a weekly clean/linen change. Heating during the colder months is extra. A refundable deposit of £350 is payable to cover any breakages and will be refunded as soon as the house has been inspected after departure. Casa Ginestra is a non-smoking property. Car hire is essential.
Rental rates for the whole house (4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms) are:
November 2009 to April 2010 - £1350 per week
May and June 2010 - £1600 per week
July and August 2010 - £2000 per week
September and October 2010 - £1600 per week

Rental rates for the ground and first floor (2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms) are:
November 2009 to April 2010 - £950 per week
May and June 2010 - £1080 per week
July and August 2010 - £1350 per week
September and October 2010 - £1080 per week
